Vehicle Registration Service
Vehicle registration service is a service provided by MVA approved tags agency or agents who are authorized by the Motor Vehicle Administration to transfer vehicle title from a previous owner to a new owner upon the sale or transfer of ownership of the vehicle. This process also includes the issuance of new license plates or tags and new vehicle registration.

Delivering superior vehicle registration and compliance is the cornerstone of our operation. We are open at hours when the MVA or DMV is closed. We transfer vehicle titles and register vehicles in compliance with MVA rules and regulations. We tag and title just about any motor vehicle from cars to tractor trailers.
New Vehicle Registration
We handle tagging, titling, and registration of new and used vehicles in Maryland. All used cars sold to Maryland residents must pass a state vehicle safety inspection. If not yet inspected, the MVA offers a 30-day temporary tag and registration to allow time for inspection. Once the vehicle passes, permanent plates can be issued for 1 to 3 years.
Registration Renewal
Maryland temporary tags or plates can be renewed after completing and passing the Maryland state safety inspection. Permanent tags or plates can be renewed for one to three years. Vehicles with a gross vehicle weight in excess of 10,000 pounds can be renewed or registered for no more than one year. Registration renewals may not be allowed if the vehicle has any flags with the MVA. MVA flags could be insurance violations, unpaid parking or moving violations, tax flags and more.
Ownership Transfer
License Plate Issuance & Replacement
License plates or tags are issued with initial vehicle registration and must display valid stickers to indicate their validity. License plates or tags can be transferred to another newly acquired automobile. Tags can also be replaced if they are damaged, lost, or stolen.
Address or Name Update
Maryland residents are required to have a current and updated address with the MVA. You may not receive your vehicle title in the mail if your address is not current. You may also miss important MVA correspondence if your address is not updated.
Duplicate Registration.
Duplicate registration is issued if your registration is lost, destroyed, damaged or stolen. Duplicate registration may not be issued if you have any outstanding fines with the MVA or some other jurisdiction.
